@angryirishmac @BarDownskyyy he's been kicked off the rangers his khl team and junior teams, traded for scraps by the lightning and coyotes, and he and didn't have an NHL job until today despite multiple 50+ pt seasons. obviously some major issues. who cares who he supports. he's a world class asshole

1. never said it was a bad contract. i see people wanting to build the GM a statue over it. 2. i think he has the potential to develop into a decent bottom 6 winger, but he surely isn't there yet. Any offensive growth will be balanced out by a regression in his 21% shooting percentage. He's not the second most efficient shooter in the NHL. 3. for all of the accolades he gets as a penalty killer, after taking over, Roy gave him 0:00 of SH TOI in 16 of his final 22 games. Don't think Patty thinks too much of him as a killer.
