The National Weather Service (@NWS) is forecasting mixed precipitation throughout New York City on Thursday, February 6. NYC Emergency Management (@nycemergencymgt) has issued a Winter Weather Alert for Thursday, February 6. @NYCSchools buildings will remain open.
