A wide range between Wind Chills and Heat Indices recorded yesterday afternoon by the Oklahoma Mesonet. Where we saw wind chill values around -3 to -4 degrees across N. NM, TX and OK Panhandles while heat indices in the 80s to mid 90s were recorded across S. TX and Florida.

Severe thunderstorms are expected to develop today, with an area of enhanced risk (level 3 of 5) present along the central Gulf States into western Georgia, as thunderstorms develop this afternoon and track from west to east. Make sure to monitor forecasts to stay #weatheraware.
