Today's high of 79 degrees at Fayetteville broke the old daily record high temperature by 4 degrees! The old record for February 9 was 75 degrees last set in 2023. #ncwx

Several frontal systems will move across central NC over the next week resulting in large swings in temperatures and weather conditions. Today will be mostly sunny with highs in the 60s to near 70. Expect lots of clouds Saturday with temperatures in the 40s for much of the day.
