* AN EARTHQUAKE WITH A PRELIMINARY MAGNITUDE OF 6.4 OCCURRED ABOUT 110 MILES EAST OF GUGUAN AT 937 PM CHST ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 16 2024.

A preliminary magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred at 1:28 PM ChST, in the Sea of Okhotsk.
There is no tsunami threat according to Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.

A magnitude 7 earthquake occurred at 8:23 AM ChST, near the Philippines. There is no tsunami threat according to Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.

Marianas Forecast Update - 8:30 AM August 3rd 2024
After the numerous showers overnight, especially around Guam and Rota, radar has shown a decrease in showers this morning. Still expecting numerous showers to rebuild over the Marianas tonight.
