Clouds will stick around tonight with lows falling into the single digits across most of the area. Light winds will push wind chills 5 to 15 degrees below zero. Light-moderate snow showers, with embedded snow squalls, are possible Tuesday as a cold front slides through the area.

At 3:10 am...a heavy snow shower was located over Burlington, moving E at 25 mph. Sharply reduced visibility below 1 mile & a quick accumulation of snow can be expected, making for hazardous travel. Motorists, please use caution & remain alert for rapidly changing conditions!

A weak frontal boundary will slide through the forecast area tonight, producing a batch of snow showers. These snow showers can be seen approaching the international border at the St. Lawrence Valley as of 8 PM. Mostly light to moderate rates are expected.
