Our staff are our best resources in the ambulance service. Without them we couldn't do what we do. We always strive to get the best people in that's why it's not an easy recruitment. If you aren't successful it's just not your time yet. Keep striving, your time will come.

The new dates are out for the HART skills day on Trac. Book now for your Monday or Tuesday sessions. We will hopefully be recruiting 18 new staff to increase our teams to 7 members. This will give us greater chance of ensuring our Safe Systems of Work. The JI's remain unchanged

From our advert we had 108 applications for the position of #HARTParamedic. We shortlisted 93 who have gone through to the MCQ paper. 48 top scorers will go through to the skills day on the 6th or 7th of January. Top 20 to OSCE and a Professional Discussion. PCA to finish
