Very interesting and I believe the student has standing. The question is does the school district have a duty to a single student or the student body at large? Any attorneys out there??
I always knew this would happen. This student is suing his school system for failing in their duty to provide an actual education to him, which is a right guaranteed by federal law. His atty joins me on #TheStory
