When Dems say corporate greed they mean a lot of the big food processors took PPP loans from our government (mostly under trump in 2020 but Biden did continue through 2021). They then fired people from their factories and instead of re-hiring people back they just charged more

5% of all 88 counties for a citizen ballot initiative just makes it harder to get issues on the ballot that politicians don’t want.
All 88 counties get counted in the general when we vote together to pass or fail the amendments.
