True to the heroism of the 4x Nobel Peace Prize nominated @SyriaCivilDef @RaedAlSaleh3, its founder, stopped by the Hill today to make the case for foreign aid. He was clear, Syria is in a fragile state. We can’t afford to turn our backs on Syrians, or the world.
