In the men's 200m, @loyd_galen led the Demons with a PR time of 21.42 followed by freshman William Achee's PR of 21.58. Also -Tavis Wilson ran 21.85, Kason Jones 21.94, Vincente Graini 22.08, and Desmond Duncan - 22.94 #ForkEm x #SpeedDemons

Men's Shot Put Section B is complete and @JgcraftJr placed 3rd with a PR throw of 53-1.75. Abner Johnson placed 7th with a throw of 51-9.75, while @rajhthakidd thew 50-0.25 placing 9th #ForkEm

Starting day 3 of the Stan Scott Invite with a first place. Freshman Ryah Dates wins the Women's Shot Put Section B with her first collegiate throw of 47-5! Carnita Mackey placed 5th with 44-1.50 and Shakera Williams placed 7th with 44-0.75 #ForkEm

To round out the day at the men's mile, Korbin Shumate ran a personal-best 4:22.76! Owen Rue ran a 4:48.98 and Kaden Elliott clocked a 4:53.24! #ForkEm

Over at the Robert Platt Invitational, @LeahCatThompson PR'd in the mile, running a 5:44.22! Chesney Mathews clocked a 6:28.22. #ForkEm

In the men's 60-meter finals, Tavis matched his PR from the semis with another 6.70! #ForkEm

Nice day for the men's weight throwers, as Abner Johnson finished second with a toss of 57-0 and @JgcraftJr crushed his indoor PR with a toss of 54-9.25 to finish fourth! #ForkEm
