A sigh of disappointment for Caralea when she checked camera traps and there was no sign of wildlife visits. Camera traps are in place for our mahogany glider monitoring over 4 years. It's contributing to a 30-year monitoring plan undertaken by the Mahogany Glider Recovery Team.

This young Eastern water dragon snapped in the Burdekin River near Charters Towers will grow to about 90cms, mostly tail. Adults are easily recognised by the black stripe on the side of their face. There's a dorsal crest and the tail is flattened to help with swimming. Love NQ!
