Who decides the value of the land? To a farmer that land is only worth whatever he can sell whatever he farms that needed that land less the operating costs to get it grown to be able to sell it To pass it on as a working farm why is the land valued as if it’s a house building plot etc 🤔

You do know that if a tiny percentage of the money given to Africa had been for example used to get Uganda’s arable land in to efficient agriculture, they could provide enough food for around 200 million people? And then think about the knock on effects to the greater African economies, Africa would be self sufficient in everything they needed within a decade or 2, but we can’t have that as they need Africa poor so that they can fleece taxpayers with their virtue signalling based graft
