@MarkGoldfeder: This decisions is not just morally indefensible, it was wrong on the merits, process, facts, and the law. The ICC's charges against #Israel...conspicuously omit the full statutory language that would clearly exonerate the accused.

Allowing #antisemitic acts is not just signs of moral weakness, it is often times a violation of our laws.
Imagine if there was a phrase that was commonly understood to mean "let's commit genocide against blacks" (or asians, or LGBTQ people, or any other minority)- but could also sometimes maybe mean something else. Does anyone really believe that universities would not condemn it?
