Is there a systematic bias within NCAA rules enforcement? It's striking that one of the only D1 conferences comprised of HBCU institutions has been cited by the NCAA as having the MOST major violations in history across 14 sports... This disparity calls for further examination:

Whenever I hear a university administrator, particularly a coach, discuss the current state of NCAA college sports and use the cliché "the toothpaste is out of the tube..." All I hear is: "I'm not willing to fight for what's right" "I'm not willing to do anything" "I give up"

In just the past 3 months, at least 19 D2 & D3 Women's Flag Football programs have been added nationwide. The NFL is funding a lot of this.

NCAA Division 3 Penn State Harrisburg is adding Men's Lacrosse and will elevate Women's Flag Football to @PSHbgAthletics varsity status. In the past 3 months, at least 37 @NCAA sports programs have been added nationwide, 19 of which are Women's Flag Football

With NCAA revenue-sharing looming, many ADs will be forced to cut costs to help pay for it... The first cut will not be to facilities expansion. The first cut will not be to coaches' salaries. The first cut will not be admin salaries. The first cut will be to Olympic sports.

They're still part of the NCAA. They're still bound by all NCAA rules. Just break off already and see how that works out. All the low-end P4s will come crawling back...
Power 4 commissioners (not the NCAA) are about to hire a CEO and investigative body to oversee their actions post-House. It's never been done before. Can it work? Who is is possibly neutral/objective enough to take on that job?
