The longer I am removed from King James Onlyism, the stranger it is to me that one, I was ever in it. And two, that it still exists.
Let me add, I love the KJV and my brothers who prefer it! But accusing a brother of apostasy for not using your preferred Bible is unacceptable.

After embracing reformed theology, my ordination was rescinded. 2.5 years ago, Beacon Baptist called me to serve as youth minister and placed me under the elders oversight. Tonight, the church affirmed my gifts and called for my ordination council to be held in August. Thankful.

I have been removed from the KJO world for several years now. The longer I am removed from it, the more bazaar it is to think I was ever persuaded to be so aggressively committed to it. It is an exegetical unverifiable position that has sown seeds of division among many. 1/3
You don't change a church from King James Bible to any other version by reading the Word of God. The 10 spies are writing a lot of books, blogs.
You don't change your standards & look for a new method by reading the Bible.
