@MananShahmd @nealkhosla Unfortunately I don’t think this is occurring in primary care today. I recently spoke w a PCP who said he personally sees about 60-65 patients a day in his clinic, including APPs that number is closer to 120-130. This is not conducive to global or behavioral health management

@drmattmc @Radformation Awesome! So if you now link generative AI plus autocontour tools to contour CTVs that are tailored based on text / voice inputs you’d start to get some innovations that really save time. There’s a lot of variability in CTVs so create a tool that lets you to tailor it

Patients don’t know or care that there’s a massive chasm between marketing, admin, and clinical care and very different incentives across the board. This continues to drive proton skepticism

@jryckman3 @nytimes Wait until you use GPT-4 for these letters! And then a GPT that’s fine tuned with content and access to previous letters, DVH etc. Better yet, let’s get to a point where GPTs are ubiquitous and adjudication happens without an actual prior auth or appeals process 👍
