@SmalePerry @UniExeCEC @CBWPS1 @BBCSpotlight Thanks for the question @SmalePerry The reason for clearance (in targeted areas) is to create a more diverse age structure of willow which is key for their foraging habitat. Goss is made up of a lot of willow of the same age meaning it is missing this complex structure.
