Crews continue to assess damage, but the damage is extensive. Some crews are having trouble getting to impacted areas, and the safety of our staff and customers is top priority. Live power lines are down; we cannot stress enough to stay away and call 911. #IBelieveInNashville

We have approx. 2,000 customers without power - down from 48,000 at the peak of the outages (the largest we’ve experienced in 7 years). The storms left over 50 poles broken and caused widespread damage to our system. We will continue to work 24/7 until all power is restored.
