Today, the Supreme Court granted certiorari in St. Isidore Catholic Virtual School v. Drummond. We are proud to represent St. Isidore and to keep working to ensure that the school may fulfill its mission to serve communities in need by bringing new educational opportunities to all families in Oklahoma.

Our Clinic filed an amicus brief with the Texas Supreme Court, urging protection of a sacred site in San Antonio. The brief advocates that the Court should interpret a recent amendment to Texas's Constitution to ensure robust protections for all faiths.
