The NDG has issued a statement with NHS England regarding the NHS Data Security & Protection Toolkit. From today, it will transition to using the National Cyber Security Centre's Cyber Assessment Framework as the foundation for its assessments. Read more:

Health and well-being apps collect a lot of sensitive information about users, so it's important to check privacy notices before using them. The @ICO agrees and has published information about the importance of understanding how app companies use your data.
