Class 75 Soldiers of the @usnationalguard and @usarmyreserve attend a briefing on pay and healthcare enrollment before they attend the year-long resident Sergeants Major Course at Fort Bliss. Every year, select members of the Reserve and Guard attend the SMC.

Master Leader Course Class 010-24 conducted an Army Combat Fitness Test where NCOs from Fort Bliss, Texas got to show off their mobility, strength and endurance. The knowledge and skills learned throughout the course will enable these NCOs to operate in complex environments.

The NCOLCoE continued the 6th Annual Commandant’s Training Council. Commandants, Army senior enlisted leaders, and subject matter experts representing NCOAs across the Army, attended a physical training team building event. The event was led by TRADOC CSM Raymond Harris.
