@HotshotWake Thanks for the mention @HotshotWake - our high season is not done yet. Been one of our busiest seasons in years. We were fortunate to have 2 USA & 2 German firefighters join us for the season. Lots of knowledge exchange and friendships made/reinforced.

@ManMontanan @HotshotWake We don’t have the luxury of time and space and that is why we go direct 99% of the time. This tool, in our context does the job. When we work in Region 1, we don’t get to use our beaters, but use your traditional tools and go indirect. Here things are very different.

🔥 Kalk Bay Fire 🔥 The Kalk Bay fire is now approximately 90% contained. Despite progress, challenging wind conditions persist. Firefighters are currently battling a large flare-up and focusing efforts on the active fire line above Kalk Bay. Boyes Drive has been reopened.
