I hear what you're saying, but dont forget about these reasons that will make it more expensive for Americans: High baseline costs and salaries. Expensive healthcare infrastructure(larger facilities). High administrative overhead. High pharmaceutical prices. Transition costs. Population health and lifestyle leading to high demand.
