@SouthwestAir Did you know @SouthwestAir price gouges Business Select? Can't purchase in advance for less than $1000 but you'll let me get it at the gate for $50??? The math is not mathing Southwest. Make it make sense! Your rep even had to chuckle at the ratchetness of it all. SMH!

@CaliFLGirl @JetBlue They could definitely use s refresher in proper customer service or a thorough investigation of their practices by @FAANews @USDOT or @ConsumerAffairs on the bait and switch they pull after getting you to accept travel credits with no full explanation of the program rules.
