It’s not your reg 9-5 you’re basically like a contractor you get hired for the day IF you’re needed. You can work 1 day a week or 7. You never know. Good luck!

So people gotta wait till people leave or retire then they go to the wait list and go down the list and hire what they need. They do everything in order.

We go down a list So once they hire the people they need for the day that’s it. Some newer guys don’t work as much. You can “shape” and go to a diff pier if they need people.
