Someone has spent 28yrs at Luzira prison just on Remand. Another person has spent 16yrs at Luzira on Remand. These two, have not only spent 44yrs in prison on Remand, but they have never even appeared in Court. #StoplightOnPrisonsUg

@murungi_pato I think these lawyers from updf need serious profiling and guidance from experienced lawyers. Much as they take orders from their boss, they should be more informed about the law and also act as human beings.

As Parliament resumed today, I tabled evidence of videos which show goons raiding the chambers and assaulting members, after journalists were chased out and the lights switched off during debate on the coffee bill. The Speaker claimed that she didn't know who raided the house, so I tabled evidence so that there are no excuses, and for answers to be provided about who these were. #KeepingTheGovtInCheck
