This is an excellent take and I agree with it when looking at the current market. Only problem I have with this is that 99% of people still think NFTs = jpeg + roadmap.
NFTs are so much more. It's a technology that will revolutionize the digital world.

NFT’s are no different than apps on an iPhone .. they will be a “thing” it’s just that 99% of the don’t become Instagram, Uber, candy crush .. separating the “overall tech advancement” from the individual executions is a huge part of what many are struggling with!
