On 7/16/24, MPD became aware of an alleged sexual abuse against minor children that was reported to have occurred in 2016. Wayne Conklin has been charged with Lewd Act Upon a Child, Continual Sexual Abuse of Multiple Victims, Dissuading a Witness (read more on our FB page)
