Coaches: We need more of this in other programs. Softball is expressing the importance of Mustang Mentality and it’s obviously paying off. Several girl on the team have earned it. Don’t just talk about it…be about it!
At our first open gym, we tasked our incoming freshmen with achieving Mustang Mentality status with @MunsterStrength 💪🏼 by the first day of 🥎 tryouts. Just three weeks later, we already have one mission accomplished ✅ Congrats Gianna! 🔥 Keep it up!

5/3/1 cycle Linear periodization APRE system + Reps Game day Reps Alternative exercises based on relative strength standards. In season vs. Off season
Imagine how strong you would be if you add 5-10lbs or a rep every session for months on end in the 3-6 Rep range. Then you switched exercises every few months and repeated. It’s this simple for your athletes. All programs manipulate these things in some way.

100%✅ Females - Read this!!
Strength Training is the lowest hanging fruit for Female Athletics. Most schools and programs aren’t doing it... AND even less are doing it correctly. If you’re serious about building and sustaining a successful Athletic program, Strength Training is a foundational part.
