Had a great conversation with @sidhant @WIONews about PM @NarendraModi’s upcoming White House visit. US-India ties are pivotal—geopolitically, economically, and technologically. We’ll see momentum in the 🇺🇸🇮🇳 relationship moving forward. There may be some road bumps, but there’s enough maturity on both sides to handle them. We also discussed trade, defense cooperation, and immigration issues.

Wonderful to meet @amitabhk87 during my visit to India. Congratulating him on the release of his insightful book, "How India Scaled Mt G20: The Inside Story of The #G20 Presidency." This book is a riveting read, an insider's account of the success of India's deft diplomacy in hosting the G20 in New Delhi in 2023. The G20 2023 was in the backdrop of global headwinds as the world was facing strifes n Eastern Europe, a food shortage, energy price volatility, and rejigging supply chains. New Delhi batted for the Global South and brought parties to the table to form a global consensus at a time of division, showing the efficacy of diplomacy Amitabh as India's G20 Sherpa gives us insights and unique perspectives on the negotiations and diplomatic efforts that characterized India's presidency.
