coaster is now open! What a difference new trains make. This has gone from an almost never ride to a pretty smooth and fun experience. Wow. It was fun to see the old trains as well, but I’m not sad to see them gone. 😂

They are replacing the water at Excalibur with decorative rock. I sort of wish they would have given it the fake grass treatment like NYNY, but it doesn’t look terrible. Looks like it should be done soon.

We had a great view of the fountains last night. I’ve seen them from a lot of hotels/rooms but it’s never quite the same as seeing them from the

Speaking of Rio, construction has accelerated in the casino. The entire middle section is now behind construction walls with the center of the casino blocked. The only way from one side to the other is via the registration area. Nice to see more and more areas getting renovated,

If you’re heading over to Trop today make sure to take a trip on the glass elevators in the Club Tower. Cool views even if the view not as clear as it used to be.
And if you reach one of the upper floors the rooms may or may not be open so you can peak inside. 😁

Just a reminder that any of “The Lodge” bars/restaurants around Vegas should be avoided. They’ve had time to correct this too and have stood their ground.

The new connector linking Vdara/Bellagio to Cosmo is open and much appreciated! Not much signage on the Cosmo side as it is sort of hidden next to Wicked Spoon. I don’t think any of the directional signage has been updated to indicate where it is.
