Trying to advocate for patients is hard… especially when you know what it’s like on the patient side yourself… like what is the issue with you all picking up your lines?!

On hold for over 40 minutes so far just to check on one patient’s prior auth status because it has not been completed after being submitted 11/20 and of course cannot be found in availity… I’m over being in healthcare/insurance at this point. What in the world @BCBSAssociation
