P6/7B were lucky enough to have a wonderful session with SAMH today as part of Children’s Mental Health Week. They participated in lots of fun activities and learned some really useful techniques to help them manage their own mental health. Thank you, SAMH! 💛🖤@CarnwathPrimary

P6/7B have been utilising their digital literacy skills this week. They produced reports about Storm Éowyn using ‘Book Creator’ and they created amazing infographics whilst participating in an Adobe Live Lesson which focused on Holocaust Remembrance Day.@CarnwathPrimary

P6/7B were lucky enough to have Jamie from the charity ‘Nil By Mouth’ for an amazing classroom visit today! He explored ‘sectarianism’ and ‘prejudice’ amongst other major topics which directly link to our current class novel, ‘Divided City’. #@CarnwathPrimary

We have lots of ‘budding artists’ in P2/3. Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh, we used line, shape, pattern and colour to create our own sunflower pictures.🌻👩‍🎨🧑‍🎨🌻
