Spent the last few days of summer exploring the wild and beautiful Rocky Mountains. Recharged and ready to start year 17!

Officially RRCA Certified as a Level 1 Running Coach! My goal was to learn more about long distance running to better train for races but also gain more confidence in helping others, particularly youth runners. Looking forward to seeing where this takes me! #RRCA

A change in plans and a shift in location. My husband and I ran the Baltimore 10 miler “virtually” by the ocean. Great run and greeted by family at the end! Goal accomplished!

@edutopia Amazing work! I really enjoyed hearing the student’s feedback and how much it helps them in their learning process. I also really liked how the blended learning model gives the teacher time to meet individually with students and support them both emotionally and/or academically.
