@Mr_Minchin Played the first one with my class today. They worked in teams of four and there were 6 colours (loads of some, others rare) and they LOVED it. We introduced a bonus rule of being allowed to swap one cone with another team before the count up which was great for thinking!

Oh my, I love this.
Outer and Inner tasks. The "outer task" is the explicit instructions you give to pupils. The "inner task" is the mathematical ideas you want pupils to encounter and notice. Here's a nice example I use all the time. #1001MathsBots

Love teaching yoga to Year 6 using the @GetSet4Ed resources - setting the mood with my colour changing led candles is super calming and seeing them create their own flows is 🤩.

Gorgeous way to end the day after both Year 6 classes earned their treats- in the outdoor classroom with hot chocolate and a fire pit. I even crumbled some frankincense into the fire for a festive ambience! 🔥❤️🔥
