More updates. Apparently the warehouse damaged it, knew about it, filed a claim, DIDN'T email or notify me in any way. So now I can't put my own claim in because they are still assessing it. Which makes NO SENSE. 🫠
I honestly don't know what to do.

Update, they say for a claim to be processed it has to be in the original packaging to be "inspected". How do you know something is damaged without taking it OUT of the packaging in some way.
Their claims page on the website conveniently won't go through either 🫠

Hoping one day dual PC setup streamers will stop using the line in and out on their motherboards to do dual audio and switch to network based solutions that are way better quality and way more flexible for usage.
