The latest from our group on perovskite memristors. Using 1D perovskites we construct large flexible cross bar arrays (16x16) and show switching down to 100ns! Excellent effort by @SujayNTU and others.

@physolcell @AoLiu8 @ACSEnergyLett A thing that bothers me about all these experiments- Sn perovskites have far higher carrier concentrations, thus voltage application would only show signatures of the electronic carriers. I dont think we are testing under configurations/conditions that probe ionic transport.

Ionic effects in halide perovskites underpin instability mechanisms in solar cells, LEDs but can be exploited for memristors. Out now in @Joule_CP our paper on "Toolsets for assessing ionic migration in halide perovskites"

Congratulations @AyanZhumekenov for very careful and work on novel solvent templated 2D #perovskites in @J_A_C_S . We show their thermochromic behaviour! Perovskites beyond PV and LEDs! Supported by @anil_vayu, @wubenny @nanotransport @PolyU_JunYin

@KFrohna This paper employed N719 dye with CsSnI3 mostly acting as a hole transporter (possibly with some photogeneration).Think the first paper employing CsSnI3 as the sole absorber is probably us ( in 2014 where we showed SnF2 reduces carrier concentrations.
