@adzgreen721 @HACKETTREF I don’t know if still a common practise but years ago (late-70s / early-80s) there were some refs who asked the “linesmen” only to notify them when ball out of play, offsides, etc. They did not want any flags being waved for fouls.

@Babsytherunner The massage felt like I was being pummelled and there were some very sharp bits. The good news is that he thinks it is recovering but probably 4 weeks from being able to try running again. In the meantime, just carry on with the rehab / strengthening exercises.
