@billie_bryne @berlamundi The in other words part is the clarity. Where the rent being paid by an individual is for the purpose of running a business then the withholding requirement is triggered.

Afenyo has misled the public a number of times on tax and company law issues. E.g. Rent paid by an individual in respect of that person’s residence is not liable to withholding tax. Filings at ORC (formerly Registrar-General) are also not required for legal validity of that info
