@Mattforphoenix Here in central Phoenix when Trump was running in 16 my son was 10yo at the time. He came home from school talking about how the “orange man is bad” we asked where did he hear that and he said his teacher tells us everyday.

🚨 AZ Housing Ahead: 🚨 Bills SB 1172 & SB 1173 propose delaying evictions, while SB 1177 repeals the ban on rent control, allowing local caps on rent increases. These policies aim to help renters but ignore the financial strain on small landlords—65%+ of housing providers. With insurance up 50% in the past year and rising costs for repairs, taxes, and utilities, capping income while expenses soar is unsustainable. Small landlords with mortgages can’t absorb these hits. The result? They’re forced to sell, and corporate investors step in, consolidating the market and driving long-term affordability issues. To truly solve the housing crisis, we must balance tenant protections with support for small housing providers. #phoenix #arizona

🚨 Attention Arizona STR Investors: 🚨 Proposed bills HCR2032, HB2558, HB2316, HB2309, HB2308 introduce stricter regulations—permits, higher taxes, density caps, insurance, and fines, raising costs and risks. Small investors could be forced out, paving the way for corporate dominance. Policymakers believe this will solve our housing issues, but Arizona built half the homes it typically does over the past decade, and Phoenix delivered only 4,600 affordable units out of 50,000 units built—while luxury apartments flood the market. The real solution? Build, build, build. #Arizona #BuildMoreHousing

@azcentral Phoenix built 50,000 new units. Only 4,600 were affordable. Majority of units are high end apartments that we our over saturated with. Very unbalanced.

65% of AZ landlords are mom-and-pop owners, managing on thin margins while facing rising costs like a 50% increase in insurance. Proposed eviction & rent control bills could push them out, reducing housing options. Real solutions must support both renters and providers. #AZHousing

With so many people moving to Arizona, especially from California, we’re seeing rising housing prices, higher taxes, and shifts in political influence. Arizona needs leaders who will protect affordability, property rights, and our unique values while adapting to this rapid growth. #phoenix #ArizonaRealEstate

After reading thousands of self-help and business books, I realized they’re just repeating what’s already in the #Bible. Over the past year, I’ve found deeper guidance and fulfillment there. Entrepreneurs save time and start with the source. P.S. As I’m writing this I thought there would be a Bible emoji but there’s not🤦🏼‍♂️

Eggs are expensive and suddenly, they’re looking for someone to blame. But where were they in 2022 when inflation hit 9.1% and first-time homebuyers were pushed out of the market? Silent. Now, they’re scrambling. Don’t fall for it.

Not sure what is going on here whether it’s budget, low enrollment, ppl leaving the district etc. As a business owner I’ve learned when something is failing it falls on leadership.

😮 Phoenix Elementary School District is the latest district facing school closures due to chronic underfunding & the massive financial drain of AZ’s universal ESA voucher program. School districts across AZ are being forced to make heartwrenching decisions. #VouchersHurt

@GovernorHobbs We built half of what we normally do in a decade. What we are building is luxury apartments. Phoenix built 48,000 units and only 4600 of them were affordable. We need to look at our local officials and what they’re approving.

I wonder if this is for more unaffordable apartments that the city is over saturated with. The people spoke no one listened. Recent stats show city built 48k new units and only 4,600 were affordable. What are your thoughts? #phoenix
