@1ohreally @DPJHodges Britain’s companies make roughly £600bn a year profit. The NI policy costs them £25bn. It’s not that much of a gamble.

@DPJHodges It might be their highest priority, but it’s not their *only* priority, that’s the point. If it was growth at all costs they could slash corporation tax and bin all workers rights. But it’s a balance, and time will tell if the balance is right or not.
