Why do newer characters have such a hard time getting over in Western Periodical Comics? Creators have become too jaded and cynical to remember what pure heroism looks like. Honor, tough choices, faith in doing what's right? How little do we see these examples within the Big 2 today? Marvel and DC will never fully recover unless they focus on pure heroism again.

@revsully @MadCaveStudios @ComicsTitan @DynamiteComics There's a couple ways to handle it. You could do the classified missions Or You could creste a next generation Space 2999

@elonmusk @DOGE @USTreasury This is an inexcusable list of oversights that must be addressed immediately. Why would anyone continue to pay taxes into a fundamentally broken system run by a collective of negligent officials?

The #1 reason so many of the Western Periodical Comic Publishers are failing...? Bad editors Editors are the tastemakers, the auditors, the gatekeepers, and the oracles. When an editor doesn't do his/her job, it all falls apart.

Why is "plausibility" important? Because the human mind rejects what doesn't make sense Batman jumping from the Moon to Earth Falcon Cap stopping a punch from Red Hulk Hellcat lecturing Iron Man that saving people is arrogance If it doesn't make sense, the audience will reject it, even in fiction

Here's a tactic I use to get through a scene or a chapter. 1. Decide where and how you want the characters to wind up "Tommy has the gun, and Joey is dead on the floor" 2. BEFORE you start writing, imagine the scene playing out to get to that point. 3. Continually edit the scene for plausibility. 4. Once you've got it, write down what your witnessed in your mind. The story starts in the movie of your mind
