is no doubt one of the best bits of tv I’ve ever seen. A masterclass in storytelling, with two incredible leads. Richard Gadd is so brave for telling this + fair play Netflix for giving him a platform. A powerful show, that charts the complex relationship with abuse

Going back to seeing my therapist after almost a year away, to help me overcome my anxiety’s and past traumas is honestly the best decision I have made in a long time. There really is no better better investment. If you’ve got the money, it’s so worth it.

This has deffo always been me. I hate going to bed early + don’t want the day to end, because nighttime is the only time I feel myself gaining control. Been working on setting better boundaries + forcing myself to go to bed by 11, and switch off screens by 10. Working so far 🤞🏻

Alan Cumming is such genius casting for the Traitors US, he brings something entirely different to Claudia, but still manages to drive the format and set the scene. More hosts need to do it like Claudia and Alan, just seeing how much they care and are invested sells it.
