As I said before some people don’t even need to make a new account I have a tool that gives me access to console player accounts that are aged and leveled up I get the password and email ad I link it to either steam or bnet

Some providers offer the spoofer with the cheat menu or stand alone spoofer like engine owning. For example im cheating on one of my accounts, gets perma banned. All I have to do is reset the spoofer
