This is my official 2023 Conference & NCAA 1H under thread. I started this tradition at the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament in the late 90's. Most games are on a neutral floor, bigger venue, greater defensive intensity, and fighting the nerves. 1H under, no matter what.

I decided to do a deep dive into my college basketball numbers after 167 wagers so far this season. I found a blind spot that I didn't expect to see. I talk about seeing the card or not seeing card and certain numbers give me trouble, but I was shocked to see that I'm just 4-13

If I have it correct, the co-Champs last year Loyola Chicago and Richmond were picked 8th and 11th in the preseason poll. UMass was picked 13th and finished T4th. Not sure if a conference has been tougher to predict over the last 5 years than the Atlantic 10.

Great info from BallparkPal. Excellent follow for those of you that like to bet baseball.
Important notes about park factors:
A big green number is not a prediction that the game will be high scoring.
+10% runs is only about .85 more per game.
+20% HRs is only about 0.4 more per game.
Park factors are important and add up over time, but they are a minor factor.
