In 2023, we had our first undergraduate staffing alongside our first graduate assistants. Today, we celebrate our 1st ever FTE from these initial student to industry role strategies and the 2nd ever 1.0 FTE of ECCI after my elevation in late 2021.

When I sat down with the original founding students back in 2016-2017 we shared dreams, perspective and I locked in some goals. One of which was that these leadership roles would ultimately be path to industry intentions including at OU. /t
