MONEY SAVING TIP. Start taking fitness super seriously. Youâll save money on eating less, not buying alcohol or cigarettes. Gyms are comparatively very cheap. Youâll spend less on leisure as training is time consuming. And youâll need more sleep. Fitness = Richness

For your life to be amazing - it has to be amazing relatively. Better than whoâs? Compared to what? If everyone had a Lambo. Nobody would want them. Thereâs a sliding scale and the upper echelon is only fun because the lower echelons exist.

The more energy you put into trying to change people, the more disappointed you will be. Put that energy into yourself and build to a point where - 1) You no longer need to deal with said people. 2) Said people are forced to take your opinion more seriously.
