Recently @Delta added a flight from ATX to MAF. They became my fav. airline however, I had the worst experience with @Aeromexico/@Delta, 1st they moved our flight airport 30 miles away then couldn’t or even attempt to rebook. Can’t even refund our bags. Horrible experience.

This is the SECOND time in 1 month that I have missed a connecting flight because of the supposed “delays” through @AmericanAir I’m so annoyed, I will tell everyone and anyone not to ever book through them again.

@BlaBlaCar You do realize I already did this right? I have been communicating with the representative since last month about this issue. You have my bank account that you quickly got but have not deposited my refunds that you promised would be done in less than one month! This is my issue!
