@Jackson_Champer Thanks for the advice! Yes repeating with exactly the same materials and protocols gives very different results. I'm trying to amplifying a 5kb fragment w/ degenerate primers, so it's long + multiplexing PCR at the same time, makes it extra hard... But I'll make sure to mix well!
